Figuring Out The Buyer
Upon interviewing individuals in the demographic and psychographic identified earlier I as able to heavily address the needs they are most concerned with. Further, when these needs arise and what they constitute. Upon further analysis I was able to capture a larger scoop of the need and truly deliver the solution and viable effects of the information. For instance, during one particular interview there was a growth in the need during a specific time of year versus another. This helped to deliver the overall opportunity home as it compensated for this change. The information searched and discovered was quite useful and was completely identified in order to sufficiently produce a viable answer.

ReplyDeleteI’d like to hear more about your interviews and what information you gained, the knowledge you have acquired to help further the business creation process. What part of the year showed growth? What is the background of the potential customer who shared this information? What kind of information did you uncover that will be useful? How did you identify the solution to your answer? I can’t figure much from here, but it sounds like you gained a lot of useful knowledge to help you in this process!

ReplyDeleteI have enjoyed following your entrepreneurship journey throughout ENT3003, however, this assignment seems to miss the mark. You are a great writer but this post does not bring clarity to the focus of this assignment. Furthermore, after reading the post I had momentarily forgotten what problem was being solved by the product. I had to go return to your elevator pitch, which was quite good, to remember that you are researching the electric car industry. I would have appreciated if you discussed the set of alternatives that people have when choosing an electric vehicle. Alternatives that come to mind would be public transportation, gas vehicles, or bikes. You could have discussed where people may access or purchase these alternatives compared to the electric vehicle solution; doing so would have more accurately achieved the goal of this assignment.
Don't get discouraged, just "jump back in the pool" and get back to the same quality level of work that you are known for.
