Exit Strategy
After careful consideration and complete understanding of what the company has planned for the future I plan on continuing to run the company as the future holds so many avenues for revenue and growth. This decision is primarily centered on the idea that the future will see tremendous growth in the electric vehicle industry and will only foster new avenues of growth in the long run. Further the application of the discoveries far outweigh simply dropping the company and letting it fall short of what could be achieved.

Celebrating Failure
During my time in college I have failed many times, whether it was an exam or failed a friend or family member. During all these failures I learned quite a few things about the nature of the world around me and the nature of myself. I discovered many vital things concerning who I am and who I want to be. The worst failure I experienced revolved around the time I failed an exam in my last math class. The reason it was so important was because this final exam changed everything regarding how hard I had to study and what I had to do to ensure I passed the class in the long run. The small failures or large ones we face everyday and every year are what allow us as individuals to grow and understand what must be done to maintain a healthy life. This class in particular has allowed me to grow individually as it has promoted discipline and handwork.

Venture Concept 1-The Electric Avenue
The culmination an opportunity in our society can be quite hard to dissect, however, I believe that an opportunity exists in the automobile industry. These individuals I have witnessed and understood are more intrigued everyday by the growing fuel efficiency and capabilities of electric cars. These cars can be either both electric and gas powered or completely electric, regardless the demand and overall need for them is growing at a substantial rate.
The unmet need that seems be growing is the need and/or demand for electric cars. the individuals who need these vehicles is small at the moment but is growing due to the growing crisis of global ecosystem changes and the safety and affordability generated from electric cars. This need grew and has existed for quite a long time and has only become more popular as the cars become more powerful than existing gas powered vehicles. People are more than willing and are currently do exactly was was expected in terms of purchasing new electric vehicles. I am more than 90% sure an opportunity in this market exists. The opportunity that I have witness growing both in my community and around the world concerns itself with the growing and popular interest in the electric vehicle industry that aims to revitalize and reestablish a basis for reliable energy in vehicles. I find that this opportunity grants quite a bit of room concerning what I can focus on and what is needed to deliver a service or solution for the problem that exists. The problem that specifically exists is the misunderstanding of the opportunities and benefits behind electric cars for most Americans. They are quite unaware of the benefits and help to signify a less than robust industry for the vehicle. The solution to this problem is developed in two stages. The first acts as an informative agenda. It helps inform the public of the benefits of the type of vehicles but does so in a way that it is meaningful for them and not some general overstatement that they feel doesn't specifically address there needs. It will help recognize their overall vehicle usage, expenses and what they seek in a vehicle both realistically and imaginative. The second helps with the development of a project utilizing existing vehicles. Rather than develop an entirely new vehicle, which is both time consuming and costly, the redevelopment of existing ones will help show them the benefits the vehicles have other overs. What I am proposing is the use for instance of a specific model and then simple redesigning the car for their specific needs. They will then be able to use the vehicles for a short period of time and recognize that they are more than capable of performing similar to gas powered vehicles and even most efficient. The proposal does present some flaws but is capable of generating a large community of support. The product or service provided is quite concrete and helps provide insight into the overall benefit of the electric vehicle and how it can positively impact their lives. I hope to inform the public not only of the social and financial benefit but also regarding the environmental impact that will allow for future generations to maintain healthy lives. The business plan seeks to develop the current state of the electric car phenomenon and encourage the public to value their overall existence.
My Ventures Unfair Advantage
The resources that truly set me apart and offer me an unfair advantage over competitors is listed below:
1. Family connections- While this may be an apparent advantage for many, my family has a long list of individuals who work for some of the biggest companies and are more reliable and easy to speak with then most people.
2. Character- the ability to strive to create the best environment of the people around me.
3. Setting Goals - The act of actually writing down my companies goal will helping me drive performance.
4. Financial backup from family and myself in order to build the company.
5. Open-mindedness allowing me to take in what others are proposing and determine the best fit and course of outcome for the given products.
6. Development Resources including the usage of certain developmental machinery and other various resources.
7. Strategic Bending. The ability for myself to see a strategy unfold and bend it in the given time frame in which I proposed or someone else proposed the idea.
8. My perceived generosity and can see as an ability to quickly storm my ideas but is unlikely given that I do not falter under pressure.
9. Improvised planning and accommodation planning as seen fit for the company.
10. Attitude that is beyond the companies reach and only fosters further development in the end.
Overall in the end the best resource I see as the most opportune for company develop is the ability to garner new ideas and work with what is given in the particular situation the company faces.

Reading Reflection No.2
Inbound Marketing, Brian Halligan
In this assignment I went ahead and read Inbound Marketing, by Brian Halligan. Halligan's text was quite interesting as it took a well developed approach at discussing the downfall of certain social media platforms and the continuing decline in some mobile and online forms of communication and hinted at more economical and effective ways at contacting the public. I found the book quite interesting in regards to the amount of data collected in arguing these view ideas and it truly helped solidify the idea that in order to truly develop a product and get the correct audience to see the product certain platforms must be utilized in a certain manner that help promote the best costs. The most surprising part of the text was in reference too the growing dislocation of many forms of communication that are still regardless vital in everyday life.

1. Richard Opena. They work as an information manager of the company Polestar, an electric division of Volvo, dedicated toward bringing electric cars to fruition. This individual is a domain expert, capable of providing great resources for the company in all domains. I found this individual while contacting a few companies that are based in the industry. I asked for all viable information regarding their projects and what hopes they have.
2. David Wallter. An expert in the market and area I am trying to sell for. They are housing managers for a large firm that searches for the most profitable business ideas and develops them further through capital enrichment. I found him searching for development enterprises and believe he is an important asset to the company overall.
3. Ahad Virani. An important supplier for the company. He is a heads development manager at Tesla and has a surplus of vehicles that can be used to fully developed the company motto of informing the public of the overall benefits of the vehicles.
Overall the search for the targeted experts was quite fulfilling and allowed me to search other avenues in order to fully grasp who I would need to develop my company.

Idea Napkin No.2
In regards to the feedback made for the original idea napkin I found that many greatly supported the proposed plan. Many recognized its ability to garner sufficient results once completed and even admired its jump toward the future. However, upon further reflection myself I did notice a few flaws regarding its initial proposal and how it would be implemented into society to attain the necessary data. I was quite concerned with how I was going to achieve this but recognized some form of new business ideas were manageable and necessary. The two main points taken from the feedback received concerning my post centered around how I was going to push my idea to the public and what business proposals would be made after achieving a sufficient number of supporters. These two variables are quite significant to me and have helped my further my thinking regarding the proposal at hand.
1. The fundamental concepts that I feel govern my actions are clearly reflected in the business model I proposed. My talents range from being able to identify an opportunity from an array of problems that individuals face on a daily basis. Further I am well-spoken meaning when conveying the ideas of the business proposal I do so in a manner that is easy to understand and offers the individuals I am speaking with an opportunity to fully grasp the ideas I am trying to convey. Further my aspirations regarding my business proposal are centered around informing the public of the overall benefit of new tools around them and further I hope to establish a basis for further development in a growing industry. I see the business as an opportunity to gain further assess into the automobile industry. With this assess I would hope to gain the ability to further revolutionize the industry and establish a basis of excellency not yet established.
2. The product or service provided is quite concrete and helps provide insight into the overall benefit of the electric vehicle and how it can positively impact their lives. I hope to inform the public not only of the social and financial benefit but also regarding the environmental impact that will allow for future generations to maintain healthy lives. The individuals will be of all age ranges and ethnicity but will mostly be advertised to those individuals living in suburban and rural areas as these areas will surely show greater signs of improvement upon the entrance of an electric vehicle into the household. The psycho graphics are centered around those that seek an affordable car and hope to save a substantial amount of money. These individuals are not concerned with glamour and seek only reliability and feasibility.
4. I believe that customers will pay for this service because it provides them insight into the overall benefit of the vehicles and gives them experience in driving the vehicle. The vehicles themselves display an overall cool or interesting factor that many individuals find would be quite in-joyful to experience. Giving them this experience will only produce greater avenues for purchasing an electric vehicle.
5.What set me apart from everyone else is my overall belief in my product or service. I have the determination to produce a large wave of support and understanding for the solution to the current problem facing many individuals around the world. I will seek out, unlike others, every opportunity for improvement in order to refine my current proposal and help those around me.

The typical customer we envision is one whose live style is centered around promoting change and seeking development. This particular individual lives in a relatively nice neighborhood with a nice car and nice home. These individuals are focused not only on the growth of themselves but there family. They seek enjoyment through various avenues and are capable of many different things. The typical customer spends most of there day watching the news and informative television shows and is a very avid reader. They are not bothered by the continuous degradation of modern society but are more thrilled for what is too come. They fall between the age range of 30-45 and are very willing to disclose their age among others.
There individuals share many common attributes with myself as they seek the development of not only themselves but others. They are filled with the desire to enact change and are willing to see it come through. Further they many common characteristics between myself and my customers are fairly high and can be seen through the curiosity for change.
